Festival Description : Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival (TICFF) was founded by Public Television Service (PTS) in 2004 and it is the biggest children’s film festival in Asia. In addition to feature, documentary, animation and TV programs, TICFF holds an international competition with large-sum prizes for aspiring filmmakers to create works with original, interesting and multicultural perspectives.
